The process for arranging a repair is both transparent and honest.

We can give an estimate before we even see a watch but we will also need to see your watch before you get a firm quote. No work will be carried out without your permission.

In the event that we are unable to help you with your watch, you will NOT be charged anything except for any postage costs.
